The first DePuy ASR Bellwether trial scheduled to begin on September 9th in the consolidated federal multi-district litigation (“MDL”) before Judge David Katz in Toledo, Ohio has been adjourned for two weeks so that the Court can address pre-trial matters that must be resolved before the trial can commence.
