NHTSA REQUIRING USE OF SEAT BELTS ON MOTORCOACHES

On November 20, 2013, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced the agency’s issuance of a final rule that requires new motorcoaches and other types of large buses come equipped with passenger and driver seat belts.
