Settlement Reached in Two DePuy ASR Cases

    The first DePuy ASR bellwether trial in the consolidated California state court litigation was scheduled to begin this month in San Francisco Superior Court before the Honorable Richard Kramer. 

    MARINES REMOVE OXYELITE PRO FROM MILITARY EXCHANGE SHELVES

    The Headquarters Marine Corps Exchange buyer has notified Camp Pendleton exchanges to ban the sale of OxyElite Pro after the recent reports of the link between OxyElite Pro and acute hepatitis and liver failure in Hawaii.  Camp Pendleton’s removal of the supplement from its shelves prompted other military base exchanges to take similar actions.

    The United States Air Force has issued a warning to service men and women regarding the use of OxyElite Pro.  Many service men and women reportedly use dietary supplements for weight loss and muscle building, according to a recent post by the US Air Force.

    MOTHER OF SEVEN DIES AFTER USING OXYELITE PRO

    The Huffington Post has reported that a forty-eight year old mother of seven has died from liver failure on October 4, 2013.  Reportedly, she started taking OxyElite Pro to lose weight and quickly fell severely ill.  She was deemed ineligible for a liver transplant after doctors discovered that she had cancer.

    STUDY FINDS NO BENEFIT IN VOICE TO TEXT APPS
